I sent this in to Cheesecake Factory already but no reply. So I will rewrite the experience of my dine in experience.
I got seated quickly and the server came to me but I had to wait a minute ..fine! Then she got my order and I waited 15 minutes and nothing!!! I had ordered a coke and they always bring that to me first but not this visit. I called over the lady at the bar.
( I was seated in a booth at the bar surrounding area but not at the bar) I said I have not gotten my meal and I will just take it to go if you can get my waitress. My waitress came up about that time with my drink and bread. I said that's ok I will just eat it here. My waitress saw that I was talking to the bar waitress.
My waitress got mad at me and tole me "YOU KNOW when you come in here that it takes 15 minutes to cook those tamales". I was taken back. I have never had a waitress in my life talk to me like that . I didn't want to make a scene.
I stayed and ate and my waitress gave me a refill on Coke and she NEVER came back with my check to pay for it. The honest person that I am, I get up and go to the bar and said I guess my waitress got mad at me. Can you give me my check? The check was with the bar waitress and I paid and did NOT leave any tip.
I will not go back to this Cheescake factory unless I get a totally different person.
I go out to eat for service and food and enjoyment. I ate out today and got a sandwich somewhere and left a $10 tip.
I am NOT after taking away anyone's job but these waitresses need better training and anger management classes.

Complaint about manager
I came in with a friend of mine for the lunch special better known as page 8 to the Boca Raton location which I frequent many times throughout the year again we went for the lunch special my friend he always ordered the same thing sometimes pasta with chicken which they don't have on the menu no more anyway that was nice enough to tell him that but at the same time the way that I had told them there was something similar to it with chicken with a different type of pasta okay well my friend orders it and again my friend had asked him is it on the lunch special he said yes I ordered the meatloaf which I always order instead of getting two pieces which is the lunch special just had three pieces and he charged us dinner prices at 11:30 in the morning for my meatloaf and for my friend's meal and like we told the waiter lunch special and you say yeah yeah no problem so we had two meals and two ice t's not a check comes 63 dollars and change again we said to the waiter lunch special he said yeah yeah yeah a lunch special should have been more than maybe maybe $40 for the two meals so he tried to see what he can do to save you know us a little bit of money he couldn't fix the whole check so we ask for the manager manager comes to the table first of all a manager should not be dressed the way this man was dressed not managing material in my book Chinaman in an American restaurant not dressed the way of manager should be dressed he was dressed more on the sloppy side okay we overlooked that the manager says there's nothing he can do we would have to pay whatever was on the check which I really thought was totally ridiculous or totally upset that's why I'm giving it one star and that's why I will never ever go back to the Boca Raton location I will try the new location in Coral springs but I would never never go back because the way I was treated

I tried to call Customer Service , but there is no one to assist the call. I need to report an issue about the in store dining experiment on last night, March 17th 2024 in Brea mall location.
Dinning time in 6:45pm.
Im a loyal customer since 20 years ago. I bring my kids to celebrate her birthday on last night with my families. I told the waiter my kids had nuts allergies as usual when I order the food, he told me he will put a note to the kitchen. The first dish we had is avocado roll.
My kids both had allergy reaction after having the dish. I asked the waiter right away is the dish contain nuts, he told me yes, it had cashew. Im so disappointed on the Cheesecake Factory is the waiter was shirking the responsibility when I asked him why will this happen when I told you my kids has nut allergy when I order the food. You should let me know this order contain nuts but you didnt until I asked.
So does the manager come to check with us, he is so cold attitude on asking are you ok ? Of course not, Im busy with dealing both kids and monitored them the allergies reaction. The manger didnt even check back with us after all. One of my kid is having the allergy reaction and she suffered for the whole night till this early morning.
We had to send her to Dr visit and I had to cancel all my meeting in this morning. The birthday celebration becomes a fear experience in cheese cake factory for the kiddos.

I came into the Greensboro location for cheesecake for my employees in celebration of food service week. I asked to write the order out for them on paper as I knew it was a big order, but she insisted to take it herself at the same time she took our food order.
I paid and left. Once at home I noticed that there did not seem to be enough in the two bags I was given. Once I did a count I noticed that I was missing one and that the waitress did not take down a coconut cheesecake. But the most disturbing was the quality of the cheesecake.
The whipped cream was a runny mess. The cheesecakes looked like they had been sitting on the counter the whole time we were at the restaurant eating..None of them had been freshly cut. It is embarrassing to me to even take these to work! I am ashamed for you for the quality of your product.
I called the manager on duty also.
She told me she would refund one cheescake that had been left out of my order. She said there wasnt anything she could do about the others. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. Never once did she apologize.
I am beyond mortified by the unprofessional conduct.
My stafff make minimum wage.
It would take them almost an hour to buy a slice of your cheesecake. This was a luxury and a gift that we wanted to give them to show appreciation for their work, but now Im embarrassed to even be gifting them this cheesecake.
