We visited your establishment for dinner Thursday 8/11/22 in New Orleans. My wife ordered the Korean Chicken
and I order the Jambalaya Pasta.
My was really good, however my wife dinner had the chicken on the top of the brown rice and vegetables. The chicken was warm, but everything under the chicken was as if it came out of the refrigerator and they placed the chicken on top. I tasted it and I thought maybe being a Korean dish it was suppose to be like a salad or something. My wife ask the waiter if it was suppose to cold and she replied no and went and got the manager.
He came over and apologized and told her to keep eating the chicken and he would bring her a side dish of the rice and vegetables. Then about 20 minutes later he came back and asked if he could take her plate and put it in the microwave because the kitchen was backed up. At that point my wife and I asked for to go boxes and told him we would microwave it ourselves. He brought us the to go boxes and didn't say anything else.
We got the bill and was shocked that there was no type of discount or even offered a free piece of cheesecake for the inconvenience. I think when to go out to dinner you should not have to take your food home to heat it up so you can eat it.

Two clients and I went to lunch today and the hostess mistakenly thought the general manager spoke to me about not being welcome. While I was misidentified, one would think a manager would come to my table and clear it up.
That did not occur. My clients believe it was discrimination due to us being minorities.
I never thought Cheesecake Factory was racist, but unfortunately they very well might be. Regardless it is deplorable conduct!
I await a CPK reply before taking this any further.
Pretty disappointed, as I go (went) to Sherman oaks galleria Cheesecake Factory at least twice a week (across the street from my office).

After placing several different orders to the cheesecake factory for take out, and experiencing routine failure by the cheesecake factory to provide meals in accordance with their menu description and/ or picture, I took the opportunity to complain recently to the cheesecake factory not only for their failure to include sides with my meal but also failure for any manager to assist me when I tried to call numerous times. Shockingly, the cheesecake factory has ignored my correspondence to them and has never responded to my concerns.
While there cheesecake is yummy, the extra calories to my hips do not justify inadequate customer service. This pissed consumer is absolutely fed up.

After being seated, it took an hour before food came, and it was not busy when we
got there. Avocado chicken sandwich was like rubber, when I took a bite my
teeth could not get through the chicken, sent it back.
Ordered spaghetti meanwhile my daughter has to eat without me, and it literally took another hour for the spaghetti.
Terrible, Terrible, Disgusting. You go to a restaurant to eat together not an hour later I eat, she is done. This is not the first time eating at any Cheesecake Factory, they
never cook it done, even if you say well done.
YUK...
I rather eat a Big Mac, or Whooper before the money they want for low class food.
Also, you do not tip on tax which they include on bill. Enough, is enough.
User's recommendation: Go somewhere else or go for desert. I can not rate deserts.
