The bad customer service and the food tasted really terrible and also a complaint against one of the managers who is extremely rude and disrespectful and never talking to him ever again.

waitress doesnt listen to customers astro specifically to do some thing with the Check did the exact opposite which caused some difficulties. When the bill came.

The main problem was we asked for takeout boxes she took the food that we were going to take home and throw it away why would I ask her takeout box if I didnt want to take it home-it was my granddaughters 16th birthday waitress ruined it. my granddaughter loves to go there, but I wont be taking her anymore. Waitress said she was going to send the manager over no one ever came when I left I mentioned something at the hostess station. Nothing was done.

I called when I got home to speak to a manager spoke to a lady named Judy, the only thing she could say to me was no one ever told her thats not a solution.

Thats an excuse. I also have to say when my granddaughter and I went to the ladies room, there was no toilet paper and any of the stalls very poor customer service a very poor training on the waitresses part.

Hi I visit your establishment just about twice a month on Saturdays for your brunch and the last couple times that Ive had the brunch there the experience wasnt good. Meaning my boyfriend and I always have to send our food back.

I am all for great customer service and I dont mind paying for something that is good. My issue is I recently most recent visited the Cheesecake Factory in Wauwatosa. I ordered pancakes, eggs and ham while Id let the waitress know that I wanted them light and fluffy my pancakes came very dark. I had her send them back and then I also had her go get the manager and the manager came over.

He said that he would make sure that my meal was Correct. Well when the manager brought the pancakes back, the pancakes were not done I cut them in front of the manager, and he seen that there was still uncooked batter in them. Now I know that that is unacceptable and I wasnt about to get sick eating half done pancakes. I felt like the manager should of compensated me for my whole meal and at least offer me something.

Although he did take off the pancakes, I was left with only eating the eggs and ham, but that wasnt my expectation and after leaving there I was still hungry. Its not about the money but its about the principal and I know that cheesecake factory has a high value in the restaurant business.

I would like it if someone can call me back at 414-553-****. Looking forward to hearing from someone.
