I ordered my lunch from The Cheesecake Factory via DoorDash. The mango smoothie was among my order and it was for my 18 months old daughter. As she drank it there were broken glasses in the drink. I have videos. Can someone reply me???!

Quality

So your company has made recent changes so now you cannot combine two combos. Also you changed the shrimp for the scampi to small shrimp and stops the big paw shrimp. This shrimp are rubbery and the has been burned 2 times in 2 weeks from two different locations in Las Vegas NV. I wasted my Money twice. I will never order the scampi again what a waste if money now.

Stolen phone

Phone was left on table. Returned 5 minutes later no one could find phone. Table had to be cleaned employee had to come across phone.

This happens in restaurants everyday. Employees always get blamed when in reality a fellow customer watched you leave it and made a grab, knowing you would blame an employee.

Was denied service Becs I am black

I came in the restaurant on July,14,20121 the server was rude , she denied my ide Becs it was cracked in half , I then asked for the manager and she then said it was fake Id and will Denise me service all together , I called the Corpret office and spoke to (Beatrice) I explained to her what happend and she then proceeded to talk over me and say she apologize me for the inconvenience but can not give me the ceos email (David Overton) she also said I probably called the manger a *** and thats why they denied me

Food issue

Food Poisoning from Shepards pie...restaurant extremely busy...my guess is that beef had ecoli or bacteria..took leftover to county health department...waiting on test.

My boyfriend is Moroccan and he and his friends do not talk loudly when we go to restaurants. You sound ridiculous accusing racism.

You think for one second if I am dining out I give 1 flip what someone's ethnicity is, if they are talking too loudly and ruining my meal? No!

I just want them to SHUT UP! For your table to have been approached, you best believe other diners were complaining.

Rude staff & gave a wait time then proceeded to add more time onto the wait time

I arrived at cheesecake factory and was given a specific wait time from 55 mins to 1 hour. After the hour past I then asked how many mins I had left, they then added an additional 30 mins to my wait time. Are you kidding me? I wouldve taken my $ elsewhere. & when I asked the second time they werent happy! The server/host asked me if I normally act this way? Um.. do you guys normally add additional wait time again & again, I couldve ate somewhere else & for him to ask me that. I had every right.

Poor customer service

So you are aware, I am a Quality Control employee and know the inner workings of Customer Service, Restaurants, etc. This incident will be taken to higher channels. I feel the situation was not resolved and really your organization doesn't care.

I would like a full apology for being lied to and looked over. I would also like a price reduction on my entire party meal for today. I would also like better service should I decide to come back to visit.

Unsatisfactory food

The food was extremely below standards in quality, quantity, and presentation. The Cheesecake Factory apologized for my experience. They sent me an e-gift card for the Cheesecake Factory. Although I am grateful for the gift card, I will not be using it. Since I got sick from what was served to me, I will it be returning. I am donating the e-gift card to someone in need. Hopoefully, they will have a much better experience.

Misled

Ordered chips and quacomole for $12.00 . Quac to chip ratio was unbalanced .to few chips for all the Quac. Asked for more chips almost finished my meal before the chips came . Noticed on bill they charged me $2.50 for more chips ! Who charges for chip refills ???

Poor food

The burger was half the size of the bun, cooked rare rather than medium-well, 2 slices of mushrooms and half melted cheese. Its presentation was just as poor as the quality and quantity of the meal. The staff is so busy running about, by the time I got someone, my friend had finished. By the time the waitress came back, our plates were taken away. The quality and presentation were horrible, especially when it is the start of post pandemic restrictions. The focus was on the take-away food because we had a bird's eye view of that.
